HOWES LANE REDESIGN

Howes Lane is due to become an 'Urban Boulevard' because of the developments of NWBicester/EcoBicester.  This will change the roads current alignment and Oxfordshire County Council and the developers plan to make it a 30 mph speed limit with 5/6 sets of traffic lights within a stretch of just over one mile.
